The ninth edition of the ICC Men's Champions Trophy will take place in 2025. The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 fixtures and groupings were announced by the ICC on Tuesday, 24 December, with the tournament set to begin on 19 February in Karachi and conclude with the final on 9 March.
The eight-team tournament will feature 15 matches, played across Pakistan and Dubai.
In Pakistan, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi will serve as the host venues. Each Pakistan venue will feature three group games apiece, with Lahore hosting the second semi-final.
Lahore will also host the final on 9 March, unless India qualify, in which case it will be played in Dubai. Both the semi-finals and the final will have reserve days.
The three group matches involving India, as well as the first semi-final, will be played in Dubai.
The eight sides competing in the Champions Trophy earned their place based on their top-eight finish in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
Group A: Pakistan (hosts & defending champions), India, New Zealand, Bangladesh
Group B: Australia (2023 World Cup winners), Afghanistan, England, South Africa
February 19 - Pakistan vs New Zealand - Karachi
February 20 - Bangladesh vs India - Dubai
February 21 - Pakistan vs South Africa - Karachi
February 22 - England vs Australia - Lahore
February 23 - Pakistan vs India - Dubai
February 24 - South Africa vs England - Rawalpindi
February 25 - Australia vs England - Rawalpindi
February 26 - Bangladesh vs England - Lahore
February 27 - Pakistan vs England - Rawalpindi
February 28 - Bangladesh vs Australia - Lahore
March 1 - South Africa vs England - Karachi
March 2 - Australia vs India - Dubai
The top four teams from the group stage will progress to the semi-finals, leading to the grand finale of the tournament.
Semi-Final 1: March 4 - Dubai
Semi-Final 2: March 5 - Lahore
Final: March 9 - Dubai/Lahore
