Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a Confirmed Booking
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please contact the venue directly.

How to get venue contact details:
Go to Profile → My Bookings → Select Booking → View Details → Tap “Call Venue”.

Note: Cancellations are generally allowed up to 3 hours before the scheduled game time. However, this may vary depending on each venue’s individual policies.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is made at least 3 hours prior to the game time.
  • A 5% service fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for all eligible cancellations.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the game or outside the time frame specified by the venue.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed on the next business day after a valid cancellation request is received.
  • The credited amount will reflect in your account within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
